Breastfeeding Support in Cardiff & Vale

Are you looking for breastfeeding support or just want to chat to another mum about breastfeeding?

The Breastfeeding Network has trained peer support volunteers in your local area. All of our groups are completely free and open to breastfeeding mums and their support networks (and, of course, their little ones!).

Our breastfeeding drop in groups are run by fully trained volunteers and take place at locations across the Cardiff area:

Monday

Dinas Powys Community Library, Fairoaks, The Murch, CF64 4QU

10am – 12pm (excluding bank holidays)

St Marks Evangelical Church, North Road, Cardiff, CF14 3BL

10am – 12pm (excluding bank and school holidays)

Wednesday

Salvation Army (corner of Corporation Road/Avondale Road), Grangetown, CF11 7DS

1.30pm – 3.30pm

Penarth Baby Latte, The Crepe Escape Penarth, 15 Glebe St, Penarth, CF64 1ED

10am – 11am

Thursday

Busy Bees Stay and Play and Breastfeeding Peer Support Group, The Beacon Centre, St Mellons, Cf3 0PJ

9.30am – 11am (term time only)
